Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cooked chicken, cut up
2 c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs
1 small onion
1 qt. broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together and pour into greased baking dish.
When cutting up chicken, pull skin off and spread to dry.
Grind this and sprinkle
on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 90 minutes.
