Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak, trimmed to 1/2 x 2-inch strips
    2 cloves garlic, crushed and peeled
    1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper or jalapeno
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    guacamole
    salsa
    1 sliced green pepper
    1 diced large tomato
    1/4 c. olive or peanut oil
    juice of 2 limes
    12 flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 sliced onion
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In medium bowl mix oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, red pepper, salt and pepper.
    Pour marinade over steak.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator turning occasionally 1 to 4 days. Barbecue steak on grill brushing with marinade.
    In skillet, brown green pepper and onion in butter.
