Seaside Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. pimento-stuffed olives
    1/4 c. diced green onions
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped Mandarin oranges
    3 ripe avocados, halved
Preparation
    Mix shrimp and crabmeat with the next 8 ingredients.
    Stir in chopped Mandarin orange sections; chill.
    To serve, fill avocado halves with shrimp and crab mixture.
    Garnish with additional Mandarin orange sections, grapes and melon balls.
    Makes 4 servings.
