Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    oleo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    1 small pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo until tender. Add soup and cheese. Cook rice and broccoli. Drain and add to first mixture. Place in baking dish; cover and bake in microwave 8 minutes.
