E Z Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 (16 oz.) low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (32 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in a large skillet.
    Drain off grease. Add salt, garlic and Prego. Cook until bubbly. Get large broiler pan or two 8 x 13-inch cake pans.
    Take uncooked noodles out of the box. Divide in 2 separate piles.
    Wet the first set of noodles, then the cottage cheese and 1/3 more sauce and another layer of wet noodles.
    Put Mozzarella cheese and sauce on top as final layer.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let cool 15 minutes and serve.
