Chicken Yakitori(Poultry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sugar, broth, vegetable oil, ginger and garlic in medium bowl.
    Cut chicken into strips about 3 x 1/2-inch.
    Add to marinade and toss to combine.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
