Cheese Chili Cubes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. salt
3 c. Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 to 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer until light.
Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add 6 eggs and mix well.
Fold in cheese, cottage cheese, chilies and bacon.
Turn into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
Cut in small squares and serve hot.
