Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. shortening
4 Tbsp. cream
1 c. milk
6 level Tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk

Preparation

Mix these ingredients together\twell
and stir into the first mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick and pour into baked pie crust.
