Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cut diagonally
    1 medium green pepper, cut in squares
    8 oz. can pineapple chunks (in own juice)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots 15 minutes. Add pepper and cook 3 more minutes. Drain off water. Drain pineapple and keep juice.
    Add water to make 1/3 cup liquid.
    Combine pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar and cornstarch.
    Add carrots and peppers.
    Mix together and warm.
