Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or shortening
1 Tbsp. soda
2 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
3 ripe bananas, crushed
Preparation
-
Cream butter, sugar and eggs in mixer or by hand.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in crushed bananas and nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake in moderate oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
