Cold Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. buttermilk
1 long seedless cucumber
1/2 bunch watercress
1 small onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put cucumber, watercress and onion in Cuisinart (food processor).
Chop finely with steel blade.
Add salt, pepper and buttermilk.
Chill thoroughly.
Easy and delicious.
Garnish with chives or parsley.
Serve with French bread, toast or crackers.
