Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    butter
    1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 jar Cheez Whiz (8 oz. size)
    1 large pkg. frozen cauliflower and broccoli (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix frozen vegetables, Cheez Whiz, uncooked rice, soup, onions, etc.
    Put in buttered casserole dish.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
