Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (6 oz.) whipped topping
2 or 3 oz. butterscotch instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
9 oz. whipped topping
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix flour, nuts and margarine and spread on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until crusty. Cream cream cheese and sugar and blend in 6 ounces whipped topping.
Pour onto cooled crust.
