Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/2 Sticks Margarine
    3 c. Sugar
    6 Eggs (room temperature)
    3 c. Flour
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
    8 oz. Sour Cream
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    6 oz. Coconut
Preparation
    Cream Margarine and Sugar together.
    Add Eggs one at a time, beat well.
    Sift Flour, Salt and Baking Soda together.
    Add alternately to creamed mixture with Sour Cream.
    Add Vanilla and beat well.
    Fold in the Coconut.
    Pour in a well greased and floured Bundt or Tube pan.
    Bake in preheated oven 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until done.
