Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend soup, milk and dash of pepper.
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup mixture and cheese.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer, or until done.
