Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 leftover biscuits
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease a medium size baking dish.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add
    sugar,
    cinnamon,
    salt
    and
    vanilla.
    Add melted butter and milk.
    Halve each biscuit and place in baking dish, brown
    sides up.
    Pour
    mixture
    over biscuits, then sprinkle with a little more sugar and
    cinnamon.
    Bake
    in
    a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
