Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat until foamy the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.
    Add to foamy mixture the zucchini and pineapple.
    Add to flour mixture the nuts and raisins.
    Mix well and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Turn onto rack to cool.
