Warm Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed red potatoes
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped purple onion
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. freeze dried chives
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place potato in saucepan.
    Add water to cover.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until potato is tender.
    Drain.
