1/2 c. oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. snipped fresh oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
6 large lettuce leaves
mixed green onion
