Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-sized can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    3/4 c. Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Heat the first three ingredients together until dissolved. Soak Knox gelatine in water for 5 minutes, then combine with mixture.
    Cool in refrigerator.
