Microwave Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel golden corn, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly and turn into a greased 1-quart glass casserole.
    Cover with an all glass lid or plastic wrap.
    Cook in microwave oven 6 to 8 minutes at High; stir occasionally.
    Serves 4 to 6.
