Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can black olives
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. cooked chicken
mushrooms, green chilies, etc. (optional)
Preparation

Mix sauce, cheese and soup.
Save 1 1/2 cups to pour on top. Mix in chicken; pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese and olives and optionals on top.
Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
