Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. raisins (optional)
    12 marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add milk and eggs.
    Mix until light and fluffy.
    Fold in coconut, pecans and raisins.
    Spoon into buttered 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until set.
    Place marshmallows on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
