One Pan Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Generously grease bottom of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in pan with a fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
