Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni after fully cooked and drain
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/2 c. onion
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine. Mix all together and pour over macaroni.
