Coffee Ground Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
    Drain pineapple (use juice and add enough water to make 1/2 to 3/4 cup).
    Add to gelatin.
    Let partially set.
    Add pineapple, cottage cheese and Cool Whip; fold in.
    Line container with crushed chocolate cookies (which resemble coffee grounds).
    Place the gelatin mixture carefully on the cookies.
    Let stand for at least 2 hours.
    Serves 9.
