Chicken And Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    10 c. chicken broth
    4 c. rice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    salt
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Remove chicken from broth and let cool, then cut chicken into cubes.
    Boil the 10 cups of broth and add 4 cups of rice.
    Add salt to taste.
    When rice is cooked, lower heat to simmer, then add lemon juice and cubed chicken. Serve with saltine crackers.
