Rio Grande Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (8 oz.) jar regular or jalapeno pepper Cheez Whiz
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown meat in big skillet and drain.
Add onion and pepper and cook until tender.
Stir in corn, Cheez Whiz, barbecue sauce and chili powder.
Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with corn chips, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
