Brisket With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 brisket
1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
1 c. brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) can whole tomatoes with liquid
1 onion, sliced
1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
Preparation

Put meat in a large pan.
Add sauerkraut, sugar, tomatoes, onion and apple.
Cover and cook 3 hours, until tender.
Check for sweet and sour taste.
