Carol'S Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    garlic salt to taste
    melted butter
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and sour cream. Add hot potatoes and heat until light and fluffy. Add garlic salt and butter; mix.
    If too stiff, add a little milk.
    Pour into casserole and brush with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be frozen.
