Old-Fashioned Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. cabbage, chopped
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Bring sugar, salt, mustard, vinegar and water to a boil.
    Add cabbage, celery and green pepper.
    Boil a few minutes (only until tender).
    Add corn.
    Chill overnight.
    Drain before serving. Delicious with any meat.
    Yield: 6 servings.
