"Letcho" Czechoslovakia Hot Dog Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, chopped into 1-inch pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large can tomato, diced
    4 to 5 large potatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cumin (optional)
    1 lb. turkey franks, sliced
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in margarine.
    Add tomatoes, potatoes, salt, pepper and cumin.
    Simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Add turkey franks and simmer until done.
    Serve in large soup bowls with French bread.
