Ingredients

1 can beets
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Slowly add vinegar and beet juice. Stir well and heat until thickened; add beets and butter.
Heat through.
