Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 rib or loin pork chops
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    celery leaves or parsley
Preparation
    Brown chops lightly in hot skillet.
    Remove to baking pan. Pour fat from skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon in pan.
    Add flour and dehydrated onion soup mix.
    Blend in water.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover with foil; bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake for 30 to 40 minutes longer, or until tender.
    Remove from oven.
    Place chops on serving plate. Garnish with celery leaves.
