Low-Fat Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas
    juice of 1 to 2 lemons
    6 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. light rum
    1 1/2 qt. frozen yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Grape-Nuts cereal
    6 to 8 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. banana liqueur
Preparation
    Slice bananas in half lengthwise; cut into 4-inch lengths. Brush with lemon juice.
    Blend Butter Buds, brown sugar and banana liqueur in skillet.
    Add bananas.
    Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once.
    Place in serving dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Heat rum to lukewarm in saucepan.
    Pour over bananas; ignite.
    Spoon over frozen yogurt.
    Sprinkle Grape-Nuts over top if desired.
