Ingredients

5 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
cinnamon
vanilla extract
almond extract
sliced bread (sourdough, Hawaiian or Jewish challah)
Preparation

Mix eggs and milk.
Mix in 2 drops of vanilla, 2 drops of almond extract and several dashes of cinnamon.
Mix by hand with fork or whip.
Heat griddle.
Grease lightly with real butter. Heat until water drops sizzle on griddle.
Dip bread long enough to coat both sides (do not soak too long), then lay on griddle. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Flip when bottom is dry.
Serve with real maple syrup.
Makes 10 to 12 slices.
