Chocolate Mint Snow-Top Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3/4 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
confectioners sugar

Preparation

In a bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Over hot (not boiling) water, melt 1 cup Nestle Toll House mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate morsels, stirring until smooth.
