Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 small can Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    5 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolks.
    Add buttermilk and flour, alternating.
    Add vanilla and soda; stir in pecans and coconut.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes three layers.
