Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 to 6 jalapenos to suit
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Mix milk, eggs, oil, salt, soda, corn, chopped onion and cornmeal.
    Grate cheese and chop peppers.
    Add to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
