Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    6 to 8 Ritz crackers
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash and onions in salted water until tender.
    Drain and mash; add cheese and margarine while hot.
    Add beaten egg and milk and mix thoroughly.
    Make crumbs with Ritz crackers and stir into mixture.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Grease pan with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
