Hawaiian Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
2 c. cubed, cooked yams
1/2 c. pineapple juice
4 slices pineapple
Preparation
-
Combine ham, sweet potatoes, mustard, ginger and juice.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Put pineapple slices on top.
Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
