Grilled Steaks With Garlic Crumbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (about 2 lb.) sirloin steak (1 1/2 inches thick)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Pat steak dry with paper towels.
    Mix the mustard, wine and pepper.
    Spread mixture on both sides of steak using about 2/3 of the mixture.
    Grill steak over hot coals or 5 to 6 inches from source of heat, turning once, for 25 minutes for medium-rare.
