Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 10 potatoes (medium size)
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until soft.
    Drain.
    Mash while hot.
    Add sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stir until well blended. Place in casserole.
    May be made a day or two ahead and reheated.
