Baked Rice Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Blend egg yolks, onion, butter and cheese.
    Add parsley.
    Pour over cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into rice mixture.
    Pour into 2-quart greased casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
