Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large fresh mushrooms
    6 oz. sweet Italian sausage
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Remove stems and chop fine.
    Remove casing from sausage and cook with chopped stems, garlic and 1 tablespoons oil.
    Cook until browned.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil, parsley and cheese.
    Fill mushroom caps.
    Put in baking pan with remaining oil and 1/4 cup water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
