Texas Oven Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brewed coffee
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice from concentrate
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
??? tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 ??? hot pepper sauce
??? tsp. ground cinnamon
4 lb. brisket, fat trimmed
Preparation

In small saucepan, combine coffee, catsup, onion, brown sugar, Worcestershire, lemon juice and spices.
Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Place brisket in glass baking dish and pour about 1/2 the sauce over meat.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Cooked brisket may be served warm or cold with remaining sauce.
