Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small apple, peeled and cored
    dash of cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Place apple in baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Add sweetener; cover tightly.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes, until done.
    Yield: 1 serving.
    Carbohydrate 20 g, protein .03 g, fat .5 g, calories 78.
    One serving = 1 1/2 fruit exchanges.
