Easy Dessert Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    2 eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, vanilla, 2 egg yolks and 1 egg.
    Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add 4 tablespoons sugar and beat until stiff.
    After removing the pudding from the oven, spread meringue on top of it and return the dish to the oven for about 10 minutes or until nicely brown on top.
    Cool in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Serves 4.
