Siberian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, halved or 8 to 10 thighs
    8 slices bread, quartered
    1 bunch American parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 block butter or oleo, melted
    Hawaiian salt
    pepper
    garlic
Preparation
    Rub chicken with Hawaiian salt, pepper and garlic.
    Set aside. In a food processor or blender, chop bread into crumbs on slice (4 pieces at a time).
    Empty crumbs into large mixing bowl.
    Add chopped parsley and shredded cheese.
    Mix together by hand.
    Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, first in melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated.
    Place pieces in 9 x 12-inch roasting pan, lined with foil.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until crumb coating is golden brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
