Cinnamon Crunch Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. soft butter
    3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 tsp. milk
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add eggs, white sugar, salt and 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Beat about 50 strokes. Spread in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Let rise at 85\u00b0 to 90\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes until light and doubled in size.
    Combine next 4 ingredients and remaining flour. Sprinkle over dough. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Blend remaining ingredients together. Spread over top of coffee cake.
